Dahlia is a beautiful flower that blooms from midsummer to autumn. They bloom in a variety of colors and sizes, from pretty 2-inch pompoms to giant 15-inch “dinner plates.” Most varieties reach 4-5 feet in height. Dahlia loves the humid and warm climate. Dahlia is not well suited for extremely hot climates, but it enhances sunny gardens with a growing season of at least 120 days.

How to take care of dahlia?
If space in your home is limited, dahlias can grow in pots, patios, balconies, or small backyards. Dahlia can also grow under shaded fabrics.
There needs to be enough space between the dahlias so that they can grow without running out of space for each other.
Excessive watering can cause the tubers to rot. Avoid watering the soil until the plants appear.

Avoid planting dahlia bulbs that look wrinkled or rotten. Pink “eyes” (buds) or slightly green growth are good signs.
Do not break or cut individual dahlia bulbs
Do not water the tubers immediately after planting. This promotes corruption. Wait for the bean sprouts to appear on the ground before watering.
